Shipping Policy
We carefully prepare and ship each piece with the attention it deserves.
• Processing Time: In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days.
• Made-to-order or custom pieces: Typically require 10–14 business days for production.
Shipping Times:
 • USE: 5–10 business days (depending on location)
• International: 7–14 business days (depending on location)
• Shipping Providers: FedEx, UPS, or DHL (insured and with tracking).
• Note: We will email tracking info once your item ships.


Refunds, Returns and Exchanges: 

All sales are final due to the exclusivity nature of our jewelry. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at WIS’s discretion within 10 days of purchase.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. Personalized items are always final sale.

Repairs:
All WIS jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from delivery. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty.

Should you require a repair, please contact us at info@wisofficial.com with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information.

WIS will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the repair.
